Hi, I'm Summer
I'm a freelance photographer living amongst the London bustle.
I specialise in weddings and events, creating carefully composed, minimalistic imagery, with cinematic colouring.
I first found my passion for photography whilst spending many years travelling the world, capturing vast scenery and diverse cultures. It was then that I went on to fall in love with freezing those moments in time, particularly people, emotions, connections and all of the magic that life offers.
There is a huge honour in photographing the day that, as humans, we anticipate for our entire lives, our wedding day. I am a lover of love and feel so blessed to be able to capture all of the magic that unfolds on this big day.
My photography will capture the natural emotion and connection of the day by offering a relaxed and authentic approach to shooting. I generally keep things to a 90-10 mix; 90% documentary and 10% directed. Candid imagery presents a more true reflection, as well as allowing for more time with family and friends. However, I know the value of a little direction at times to make sure we get the perfect shot, as well as assisting those not so comfortable in front of the camera. So I will always offer this if. it is requested.
